To improve services of Flylandexpress.com and protect trading rules, your usage of Flylandexpress online Services is subject to Return & Refund Rules of Flylandexpress.com.
I. Accept
This Return and Refund Rules (the " Agreement ") applies to all users of Flylandexpress.com, including buyers and sellers.
Flylandexpress.com reserves the right to update the rules when necessary, and the updated version will be published on Flylandexpress.com with immediate effect.
If you (buyer or seller) refuse to accept the rules, you are deemed to have waived the use of the services provided by Flylandexpress.com immediately. You are deemed to accept the rules if you are using the Flylandexpress B2B App provided by Flylandexpress.com.
Buyers can enjoy the seller's after-sales service or the designated service provider's joint warranty services with the purchase vouchers of Flylandexpress.com. Sellers must strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations and the rules, fulfill the after-sale obligations for the goods sold on Flylandexpress.com.
After the buyer applies for the return successfully, the enclosed articles must be returned with the product, including but not limited to, the original package, warranty card, accessories, gifts, etc.
II. Cases not applicable to the rules

Quality problems caused by the buyer's own actions due to misuse, collision, neglect, alteration, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, etc.
Goods that exceed the time limit of return and refund specified in the Agreement.

IIII. Other
If the order exceeds the refund time limit specified in the rules, but the product is still within the warranty period specified by the seller, the return and exchange matters shall be settled by the buyer and the seller through negotiation. If there is a dispute, either of the two parties may seek the help of Flylandexpress.com through contact us.

You are welcome to the Global Sourcing Hub of Food & Agriculture Products, GSHFAP (the "Service") of the flylandexpress.com (website: www.flylandexpress.com, the "GSHFAP") developed and operated by Flyland Technology Co., Ltd. ("Flyland Technologies”)
The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement concluded by and between a buyer using the GSHFAP Global Sourcing Hub of Food & Agriculture Products (the "Buyer" or "you") and us concerning the license for using the GSHFAP Global Sourcing Hub of Food & Agriculture Products (the "Agreement").

During using GSHFAP Global Sourcing Hub of Food & Agriculture Products, Flylandexpress will be on behalf of the website operator (Flyland Technologies) fulfill the rights and obligations. Flyland Technologies is fully responsible for the processing transactions, including chargeback, refund, and handling of customer complaints on behalf of the seller.

Chapter II Notes on Expenses Relating to GSHFAP Global Sourcing Hub of Food & Agriculture products
1. Notes on transaction feeA transaction fee will be charged against you for each order according to the fee schedules announced by Flylandexpress on the site. In the event where the seller is required to make any refund to you, the transaction fee will not be returned to you.
GSHFAP reserves the right to charge you any additional fees in respect of the Service. Any such adjustment and/or decision of GSHFAP will be published online and shall take effect on the designated date or, if there is no such designated date, 7 days after the adjusted fees are published on the GSHFAP platform
GSHFAP may from time to time adjust the relevant rules for transaction fee according to industry changes and operational demands, and determine the content and scope of such rules at its sole discretion. In the case of any adjustment to fees of the Service, we will publish it in the form of an announcement on the GSHFAP platform and shall take effect on the designated date or, if there is no such designated date, the date as published on the GSHFAP platform.
All transaction fees charged by GSHFAP are exclusive of any taxes (such as VAT), duties or other governmental levies or any financial charges. You agree to pay and be responsible for any such taxes, duties, levies or charges for the use of the Service in addition to our transaction fee. You further agree that you are responsible for paying any and all applicable taxes associated with the transactions on GSHFAP (including, without limitation, any applicable VAT or sales tax) and agree to indemnify GSHFAP for failing to pay any applicable taxes. In the event GSHFAP is required by any applicable law to collect or withhold any taxes or duties, you agree to pay such taxes or duties to GSHFAP. You will also be liable for any financial charges for remission of funds to you, and GSHFAP shall have the right to pay such charges from such funds. GSHFAP shall have the right to deduct any financial charges incurred as a result of providing the transaction fee and the party receiving the funds will bear the costs of such bank charges.
In the event GSHFAP is required by any applicable law to collect or withhold any taxes or duties, you agree to pay such taxes or duties to GSHFAP. You will also be liable for any financial charges for remission of funds to you, and GSHFAP shall have the right to pay such charges from such funds. GSHFAP shall have the right to deduct any financial charges incurred as a result of providing the transaction fee and the party receiving the funds will bear the costs of such bank charges.
You understand and confirm: If you use the Service, you will pay corresponding monies of goods for specific suppliers.
You understand and confirm: GSHFAP Global Sourcing Hub of Food & Agriculture products is not responsible for monies of goods under orders, software and hardware fees, taxes and other expenses that you need to pay due to your use of the Service. The aforesaid relevant expenses shall be independently paid by you for sourcing objects or relevant third parties.

Confirmation of ordersYou know and confirm: On the GSHFAP Global Sourcing Hub of Food & Agriculture products, the Services can be only used for commodities available for GSHFAP Global Sourcing Hub of Food & Agriculture products.If any commodities that you intend to procure are not within the scope of commodities available for online sourcing, you will be temporarily unable to use the Service.
You know and confirm: The Service is provided for buyers from many countries and regions in the world. Therefore, the scope of commodities available for GSHFAP Global Sourcing Hub of Food & Agriculture products by the use of the Service and relevant rights and interests of buyers may differ. We will be entitled to close and cancel corresponding orders. You will be unable to complete the GSHFAP Global Sourcing Hub of Food & Agriculture products service of the said order by virtue of the Service.

If your country of residence or establishment is Outside Mainland of Uganda, you are contracting with GSHFAP Global Sourcing Hub of Food & Agriculture products located at Room 103, 1/F, Asalaam Building, Dubai United Arab Emirates (NOTE: This NOT a return address).If negotiation fails, any dispute over GSHFAP Global Sourcing Hub of Food & Agriculture products functions between you and us shall be referred to the GSHFAP International Distribution Centre for settlement. Arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party, unless otherwise ruled. Arbitration rules shall be subject to laws of UAE.
